To Hartsfield-Jackson
Town Center at Mansa Park is a proposed 66.62-acre master-planned entertainment campus along the Old National Highway Corridor in the City of South Fulton, Georgia — designed to become the economic and cultural center of the region, and to fulfill the shared vision of its residents, community leaders, and city officials.
Town Center at Mansa Park is a transformational 66.62-acre master-planned entertainment campus located in the heart of the Old National Highway Corridor in South Fulton, Georgia.
The development is designed to become the economic and cultural center of the region, delivering luxury hotels, a world-class convention center, workforce housing, office complexes, retail, dining, and an outdoor event space — all within a single, cohesive destination.
The City of South Fulton's own Strategic Plan calls for greater economic development and more job opportunities for its residents. Our vision is aligned with that goal — and with the vision of the community itself. Mansa Park is not being built in opposition to South Fulton's future; it is being built as a direct expression of it.
This proposed development will generate substantial revenue for the City through property, sales, and hotel taxes — and will create thousands of new permanent and construction jobs. Currently in the zoning phase, Town Center at Mansa Park represents one of the most ambitious mixed-use developments in the Southeast United States, with groundbreaking set to follow upon approval.

Location Advantage
Why South Fulton
Incorporated in May 2017, the City of South Fulton is the 3rd largest city in the Atlanta Metropolitan area and the 8th largest city in Georgia. With a population of 107,436 and a daytime population consistently over 110,000, the city represents one of the fastest-growing markets in the Southeast.
Located less than 10 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport — the world's busiest — Town Center at Mansa Park sits at the intersection of regional growth, infrastructure investment, and unmet demand for hospitality and mixed-use development.
The project directly responds to the City of South Fulton's Strategic Plan, which identifies the need for increased tax revenue, job creation, and commercial revitalization along the Old National Highway Corridor.
Positioned for Growth
At the Center of Regional Growth
The Atlanta airport is continuing to expand its capabilities with the construction of an additional runway. This expansion will require the demolition of 15 hotels in the immediate vicinity — with a combined capacity of approximately 2,400 rooms. Only a five-minute drive from the airport, Town Center at Mansa Park is uniquely positioned to supplant that lost hotel capacity, delivering approximately 2,400 modernized hotel rooms along with 150,000 sq. ft. of convention space.
Market Context
Strategically Positioned for Dominant Market Capture
Situated near the Old National Corridor is Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport — ranked the No. 1 busiest airport in the world by the Airports Council International, welcoming over 250,000 passengers daily. Atlanta is the third most visited city in the United States, boasting over 50 million visitors every year. The Metro Atlanta area prepares to add approximately 100,000 new residents yearly, from now through 2040.
Competitive Advantage
At the Heart of America's Third-Largest Fortune 500 Hub
Metro Atlanta is home to the third largest concentration of Fortune 500 companies in the country. The presence of these prominent companies has brought unprecedented transit and economic growth to the region, creating a sustained demand for hospitality, convention space, and mixed-use development that Town Center at Mansa Park is uniquely positioned to serve.
