Workforce housing is not an afterthought at Mansa Park — it is the foundation. By delivering attainable, high-quality housing in Phase One, we ensure that the teachers, nurses, first responders, and service workers who power South Fulton can afford to live in the community they serve. Too many mixed-use developments promise affordability and deliver it last, or not at all. We are doing it first — because a thriving town center must be built for the people who will actually live and work here, not just those who can afford a luxury price tag. Phase One workforce housing units are designed to meet HUD area median income (AMI) guidelines, with a mix of rental and ownership pathways so residents can build equity and generational wealth right here in South Fulton.
Phase One components, timelines, and programming are conceptual and subject to change. Final scope will be determined based on market conditions, community input, and project financing.
