A dedicated convention and meeting facility designed to host large-scale conferences, trade shows, corporate summits, and community events. With flexible ballroom and breakout configurations, Mansa Park becomes a true destination for regional and national gatherings — driving hotel occupancy, retail spend, and economic activity across the entire campus.
Hotel 3 — Completing the Campus
The third and final 800-room hotel completes the 2,400-room hospitality campus at Mansa Park — positioning the development as one of the Southeast's premier destinations for conventions, corporate travel, and leisure stays.
Retail & Restaurants
Phase Three activates the streetscape with a curated mix of retail shops, restaurants, and dining experiences. From fast-casual to fine dining, these ground-floor destinations serve residents, office workers, hotel guests, and convention attendees — creating the kind of walkable, vibrant environment that defines a true town center.
Phase Three components, timelines, and programming are conceptual and subject to change. Final scope will be determined based on market conditions, community input, and project financing.
