Town Center at Mansa Park is a proposed 66.62-acre mixed-use development located along the Old National Highway Corridor in South Fulton, Georgia — just five minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, the world's busiest airport.
The project envisions a transformative Live-Work-Play destination for Metro Atlanta, comprising 12 development components across three phases: luxury and workforce residential, three 800-room convention hotels totaling 2,400 rooms, Class A office space, retail corridors, restaurants, green space, and community plazas.
Town Center at Mansa Park is designed to generate thousands of permanent and construction jobs, provide workforce housing, and catalyze long-overdue economic investment in South Fulton — one of Metro Atlanta's most strategically located yet underserved communities.
